Warm friendly welcome, very efficient check in, bar staff and waitresses very pleasant. Menu choices were very good as was portion size, price was also reasonable, service was quite quick too, despite being quite a busy restaurant. Myself and friend opted for soup for starter with wheaten bread followed by chicken goujons (breaded and cooked to perfection, nice juicy white chicken, good size too) served with fat chips, pepper sauce and a side order of bowl of salad and coleslaw included. Recommended.

All staff very friendly...nothing was too much.

Our room was on the front...so a bit noisy when traffic went by on the main road in the morning....other than that..everything else made up for this one draw back...good facilities, very clean & really enjoyable stay

Location great, food lovely, staff welcoming, hotel very well presented.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
No complaints. One suggestion would be to put a small table and comfy chair/s in the rooms for reading/laptop use etc.

Staff are very attentive and friendly. Girl in breakfast room was polite and very efficient in a very busy environment

Friendly staff. Lovely clean room with great modern ensuite and walk in shower. Availed of Thursday night steak night- great meal.

Welcoming open fire in the snug. Dog friendly with a lift to the first floor. Spotless rooms with bedding crafted from clouds. Every single employee we encountered including Paul at check-in made our stay truly memorable.. Exquisite food consistently cooked to perfection.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly. Great location for touring around. Food in the hotel was very nice.
