The room was quite spacious and very quiet. I asked for a quiet room at the back of the hotel, away from the noisy front road and that’s what I got.

Perhaps yoghurt could be available at breakfast together with mixed fruit. Otherwise fine.

Very central location. Lots in the town. Staff helpful and very nice happy atmosphere. The room was a good size and everything was clean and nicely decorated. It'

i liked everything about my stay in the property, from the location to the decor of the building, to the room itself and also the food was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, the place was spotless and there was always hot water when needed. The staff were exceptional, they even prepared an extra camp bed for my son in my room, they went over and beyond in terms of providing an excellent service. The bar staff and restaurant staff were equally brilliant, they were attentive, friendly, helpful and very polite. I would highly recommend this plae to everyone. The location is perfect for sightseeing around Donegal.

I honestly couldn't find a single fault whatsoever, well done to all on running a really welcoming, lovely hotel

Absolutely amazing everything was perfect friendly staff food room have been in Highlands Hotel lots of time over the years and we bring our wee dog as well we have already booked the Harvest Fair this year and next

All staff very pleasant and courteous food in restaurant amazing breakfast was good if not on the menu you only had to ask cleanliness throught the hotel was very good rooms comfortable a hidden gem

All Staff throughout the hotel were very friendly & helpful. Everything was no problem. Breakfast was delicious and bar food was very good. Will definitely stay again. Thanks
