Donegal is world famous for our lamb, potatoes and fresh seafood. Our menus reflect this wonderful natural store of produce and are updated on a seasonal basis.
County Donegal recently launched it's first distillery in over one hundred years, The Sliabh Liag Distillery, situated in close proximity to The Highlands Hotel. We are very proud to showcase their unique Whiskies & Gin, namely The Silkie Whiskey and An Dulaman Gin, in our Bar and throughout our function rooms.
Food is served from 12.30pm to 9pm every day.
